Conference Programme

Each conference speaker will review topics related to the country's legal regulations about posting workers to EU countries, relevant for Lithuanian businesses.

◼ Issues related to the „Mobility package“ and the problem of posting;
◼ Recent amendments to the legislation have been aligned with the Posted Workers Directive regulating labour relations, social security, taxation and other benefits of posted workers;
◼ Implementation of labour protection and health care: what steps are required for posting of workers (for example, receiving a certificate A1, if it is necessary to get drivers visa Van Der Elst, or if it's a required to notify foreign authorities about posted workers)?
